SONO DIAGNOSTICS is a pioneer in the field of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging. Apart from world-class scanning and imaging machines, we have also established a well-equipped laboratory that is certified by ISO 9001:2008 standards. We even follow NABL’s (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration) best procedures and practices.
Our success story began 31 years ago when we were one of the leading institutes for Ultrasound and Doppler Studies. Our radiology services command high regard among the community of physicians, doctors and pediatricians etc. All our imaging and scanning procedures are compliant with the stringent laws laid down by the PNDT (Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act and we are under the purview of BARC wherein our X-Ray division is fully certified for accuracy and safety.
We insist on specialised handling only by qualified radiologists and as such, our reports are highly-valued for their technical diligence and know-how.

He was the President of IRIA (Indian Radiological and Imaging Association ) Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry chapter.
He is also Joint Secretary for IFUMB (Indian Federation of Ultrasound and Medicine in Biology ) Madras chapter.

Dr.Vijay completed his M.B.B.S and D.M.R.D from the Sri Ramachandra Medical University in the year 2004. Post that he worked in Apollo Speciality Cancer Hospital as Consultant Radiologist from 2007 to 2011. He gained rich experience in all areas of radiographical analysis such as PET-CT, MRI while working in Apollo Speciality (Cancer) Hospital in Nandanam from 2009 to 2011. His consultation is in high demand and had to put down several offers from other institutes due to paucity of time. As and when he can, he does render his services to private institutes.
He has a keen interest in radiological case studies and keeps himself up-to-date by participating in various radiological forums. He has presented technical papers in IRIA conferences which have appeared in their local and national chapters.
Dr. VENKATESH K G MD (Micro) — Consultant Microbiologist
Dr Venkatesh is trained in Microlymphocytotoxicity Testing’ done for Typing and Cross Matching of Specimen for the purpose of ORGAN TRANSPLANTATION
Certified as a Master Trainer for Biomedical Waste Management and Handling Practices, he is a consultant microbiologist at our facility.
He publications have appeared in National Journal of Micobiology. He completed his M.B.B.S from Madras Medical College in the year 2001. He finished his M.D Microbiology from Rajiv Gandhi Medical College in the year 2008.
Dr. ASHOK VICTOR, MD.DM (Cardiology)
Consultant Cardiologist
He is a GOLD MEDALLIST in M.R. Cardiology and presently working as Associate Professor of Cardiology in Tamil Nadu Medical Services.
He completed his M.B.B.S from Madurai Medical College (1987-1992). He finished his M.D Cardiology from Madurai Medical College (1994-1997). He also completed D.M. Cardiology from Madras Medical College (2001 – 2004).
He has presented papers in Myocardial performance index in dilated cardiomyopathy.
